Obiectul prezentei achizitii - SERVICII DE SPALATORIE SI CURATATORIE USCATA, cf. caiet de sarcini atasat in Seap (servicii de colectare, ambalare, transport, prelucrare/spalare, dezinfectie, depozitare si returnare a lenjeriei de catre prestator), are ca scop asigurarea unor bune conditii de cazare pentru pacientii internati in cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Urgenta pentru Copii Cluj si a desfasurarii activitatii medicale in toate sectiile spitalului. Termenul limita de solicitare clarificari este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor. Raspunsul clar si complet va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Cantitati minime pe acord cadru: 90000 kg Cantitati maxime pe acord-cadru: 270000 kg Cantitati minime pe contract subsecvent: 7500 kg Cantitati maxime pe contract subsecvent: 22500 kg
