The subject of this contract are successive deliveries of laboratory materials and accessories, divided into lots, hereinafter referred to as Packages 1 to 4: Package 1 Supply of laboratory accessories and materials, Package 2 Supply of laboratory accessories and materials for small laboratory equipment owned by the Ordering Party, Package 3 Supply of accessories and consumables for owned Eppendorf equipment, Package 4 Supply of laboratory accessories and materials, micropipets, pipettes and tips. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, specifying the type and quantity of materials for each lot, hereinafter referred to as ‘Packages 1 to 4’, is set out in the Assortment and Price Forms, which are, respectively, Annexes 2.1 to 2.4 to the FTZ.
