Description

The subject of this contract is the restructuring of the FO and CO buildings in part:
— FO building: partial demolition of existing workshops (structure + cladding) and raising to create a CACES workshop at a height of more than 8 m;
— the teaching area, made of prefabricated concrete, is preserved and fully rehabilitated;
— the FO building will house a CACES workshop in the Rez de Chaussée with unloading bay, launch rooms, a sports hall, changing rooms, toilets and a foyer;
— building CO, only one part inside is affected by the works;
— the old DTC and two offices are being restructured to create a new, larger DTC.
