Description

The purpose of the public procurement is to select a contractor to carry out the supply of net active electricity and to perform its duties as a coordinator of a balancing group under the terms of the draft contract, in accordance with the requirements of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY specified in the tender documentation and the Technical Specification. When supplying electricity, continuity of supply should be ensured and electricity of a quality and order should be supplied in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act and other legal acts governing public relations relating to the supply of electricity (including the Regulations to the Energy Act and the Rules for Trade in Electricity/PTEE) issued by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.
