Description

For the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior and Sports (MI), Unit 36 Catastrophe Protection, six interchangeable loading vehicles for roll-off containers and optionally up to two more are to be procured.
Due to volatile supply chains and therefore steady, difficult-to-foresee price increases in the global electronics, steel and motor vehicle market and increasing supply difficulties due to Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine (rising raw material prices, etc.), it is currently not possible to predict whether the budget will be sufficient. In order to make the best possible use of the HH funds, the option of two additional vehicles is required.
Information as to whether and to what extent this option will be used will be provided when the contract is awarded (cf. point 1.15 of the tender specifications - General part (Part A)). Should one or two additional vehicles be charged, this order will also be made at the unit price offered in the offer form. A maximum of 8 vehicles are ordered, a minimum of 6 vehicles.
