The subject-matter of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services together with the provision of off-take and settlement of electricity introduced into the network from micro-installations for the facilities of the Municipal Water and Sewage Company in Poddębice Sp. z o.o. in the municipality of Poddębice.’ As part of the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to sell (supply) electricity to the electricity consumption points (EPPs) listed in the table annexed to the description of the subject-matter of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997, its implementing acts and the instructions of the electricity system operators.
