Description

Aanbesteding met een Europese openbare procedure voor camerahandhaving gemeente Breda.
De opdracht omvat het leveren, installeren en in stand houden van een systeem ten behoeve van camerahandhaving voor gemeente Breda ('all-in prijs').
Doel van de aanbesteding
Voor de camerahandhaving voor het voetgangersgebied in de binnenstad van Breda zoekt de gemeente Breda naar een op dit terrein ervaren opdrachtnemer.
De gemeente Breda sluit een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer.
De gemeente wil uiterlijk 1 november 2021 een werkende oplossing. De daadwerkelijke handhaving start per 1 januari 2022.
Na de implementatie (op 1 november 2021) geldt een looptijd van de overeenkomst van vier (4) jaar met een optie op verlenging van twee (2) keer één (1) jaar onder dezelfde voorwaarden en condities.
De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 november 2021.
De aanbestedende dienst gunt de opdracht aan de inschrijver met de Economisch Meest Voordelige Inschrijving (EMVI).
