Description

This contract concerns the carrying out of a study on the assessment and uniform calculation of the costs of litter in Belgium.
The aim of the study is to develop a uniform methodology for the whole of Belgium in order to sample the composition of litter and measure its management costs. The study also includes the application of this methodology, by carrying out sampling; These aim to measure the composition of litter (at least in terms of weight) and to identify the determinants of the costs of collecting, raising awareness, infrastructure and cleaning up litter, as well as the subsequent transport and treatment of litter.
