Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa systemu zarządzania urzędem i świadczenie e-usług wraz z wdrożeniem, dostawa oprogramowania antywirusowego oraz dostawa sprzętu komputerowego w ramach projektu „Innowacyjny Tarnobrzeg – zintegrowany system zarządzania urzędem i świadczenia usług”
Projekt „Innowacyjny Tarnobrzeg – zintegrowany system zarządzania urzędem i świadczenia usług” jest dofinansowany w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Podkarpackiego na lata 2007-2013, oś Priorytetowa III, działanie 3.1 „Społeczeństwo informacyjne”, z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego.
2. Wdrożenie Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania zakłada planowy rozwój systemów informatycznych Urzędu. W szczególności system umożliwia wykonywanie wszystkich przewidzianych przez prawo oraz dobre praktyki urzędowe czynności, pozwalając na odzwierciedlenie pełnego sposobu realizacji spraw w systemie. System umożliwia rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych poprzez integrację systemów wewnętrznych urzędu, udostępnienie danych z tych systemów obywatelom oraz integrację z Elektroniczną Skrzynką Podawczą udostępnianą przez/na platformie krajowej ePUAP.
