Description

Das bestehende Rathaus, die Stadtbücherei und die Stadthalle werden geräumt und teilweise abgerissen bzw. saniert sowie durch Neubauten ersetzt oder erweitert. Für die Übergangszeit während der Bauphasen wurde ein Interimsgebäude für das Rathaus wie auch die Stadtbücherei gefunden. sowie ein modernes und zukunftsfähiges Nutzungskonzept (New Work) erarbeitet. Dieses soll auch nach der Sanierung und Erweiterung auf das zukünftige Rathaus übertragbar sein. Die Interimsliegenschaft in der Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 30-34 in 65760 Eschborn umfasst ca. 180 DeskSharing Arbeitsplätze, sowie u.a. Co-Working-Bereiche, Workshop-, Konferenz- und Besprechungsräume. Ein Moodboard bezüglich Look & Feel wurde bereits erstellt. Die Ausstattung/ Einrichtung basiert auf einer innenarchitektonischen Gestaltungsplanung, welche ein hochwertiges und repräsentatives Gesamtbild des neuen Rathauses und der Stadtbücherei sicherstellt.
