Description

The subject of the procurement procedure is the commissioning of planning services of the building and interior design according to § 34 HOAI for the service phases 6 to 9. The GOS Gesellschaft für Ortsentwicklung und Stadterneuerung mbH is the trustee of the restructuring agency of the municipality of Lensahn and is responsible for the preparation, implementation and implementation of the overall urban planning measure "Zukunftsgestaltung Daseinsvorsorge". An essential key project within the refurbishment measure is the new construction of the library, including other public services such as the VHS, social services facilities and the local youth club. The aim of the municipality is to create a public cultural and leisure facility with the new building, which has a high attractiveness for citizens of all ages by bundling several offers under one roof and at the same time enables the institutions housed there to offer a high quality of offer through the synergy effects in the use of space. As part of a construction design competition with open space planning, a planning proposal for the book installation and the object planners for architecture and open space were selected. The winner of the competition, the architectural firm Büro MATTER, Berlin, was commissioned to design the building. Due to the imminent dissolution of the architecture firm MATTER, the contract was terminated by mutual agreement after completion of the service phase 5. This procurement procedure calls for tenders for the continuation of the planning services from phase 6.
