Description

CYN wishes to recruit a conservation architect led design team to take the project forward to completion (RIBA Stages
4-7). The PROJECT has an anticipated construction cost of approximately GBP 5 million. The appointed consultant will include an architectural and conservation lead consultant supported by a structural engineer and services engineer. The consultant will also be required to provide CDMC services.
Project management will be provided by the client in-house team and a separate appointment will be made for cost consultancy.
Based on a construction cost of GBP 5 million it is anticipated that the consultant fee value for the commission from RIBA Stages 4-7 will be between GBP 400 000-GBP 500 000.
