Description

1.The subject of the contract is the supply of extinguishing agents for combat vehicles, divided into 7 parts (tasks). 2.The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are detailed in Annex 1 to the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Contractors invited to submit tenders who meet the conditions set out in the notice. 3.The Ordering Party shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed within the time limit: • The subject of the contract should be delivered to the Ordering Party within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract - in the scope of task No 1-4 and within 240 days from the date of conclusion of the contract - in the scope of task No 5-7, but not later than 27.11.2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned dates expires earlier) • Optional quantity should be delivered by 27.11.2026. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The Ordering Party shall present the quantities that it will use under the option right within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. In the event of failure by the Ordering Party to meet the deadline, the Contractor must give written consent to the implementation of deliveries under the option. The Contractor shall not be entitled to make optional deliveries to the Ordering Party.
