Description

La gara ha per oggetto la stipula di convenzione, ai sensi dell’art. 21 della legge regionale dell’Emilia Romagna n. 11 del 2004, per la fornitura di valvole aortiche percutanee per le esigenze delle aziende ospedaliero-universitarie di Bologna e di Parma. L’aggiudicazione avverrà secondo il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo ai sensi dell’art. 95, comma 2 del D.Lgs. 50/2016. La procedura sarà svolta interamente attraverso una piattaforma telematica di negoziazione ai sensi dell’art. 58 del D.Lgs. n. 50. Lotto 1 «Valvola aortica percutanea con accesso transfemorale e transapicale», lotto 2 «Valvola aortica percutanea ricatturabile e riposizionabile».
