Description

The purpose of this consultation is a framework agreement for geotechnical surveys and soil surveys to be carried out on the Paris Habitat heritage and its land surveys (Paris and metropolitan territory). The services will give rise to a multi-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of EUR 2 500 000.00 excluding VAT (i.e. a maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement of EUR 10 000 000.00 excluding VAT) concluded for a maximum duration of 48 months. The framework agreement is concluded for a fixed period of 12 months, renewable three times by tacit renewal for a period of 12 months, but its duration may not exceed 48 months. As a result, four successful tenderers will be appointed, subject to a sufficient number of ranked tenders. The procedures for allocating order forms to the various holders will take place in turn according to the order in which they are placed. NB: any contractor who has been awarded an order form for an operation will be awarded any subsequent order forms for the same operation (taking into account the technical link between the various missions) Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
