Description

The subject-matter of the public contract is the implementation of additional preventive health programmes to support the healthy lifestyle and health of the contracting authority’s insured persons in the form of relaxation care, which consists of the activities specified in Article III(1) of the contract for the provision of relaxation care 2025 – 2026 – Annex 2 to the tender specifications (‘relaxation care’). Relaxation care is intended for selected insured persons of the contracting authority working in workplaces with increased mental and physical strain (‘participants’). Each participant will be set up through a physiotherapist in cooperation with a nutritionist/nutritional therapist an individual program of relaxation care taking into account the fitness characteristics of the participant and his eating habits, based on an initial examination and diagnostics on a device designed to measure basic body parameters, determine the analysis of fat, water, muscle mass and total weight of the participant. The individual relaxation care programme of each participant must include: a) initial examination and diagnostics on a device designed to measure basic body parameters, b) physiotherapeutic care, c) several individually selected activities according to the requirements contained in the agreement on the provision of relaxation care 2025 – 2026, d) final examination and final evaluation of relaxation care by a physiotherapist, including education on healthy lifestyle habits (together referred to as the ‘package’).
