Description

Udbuddet vedrører totalentreprisekontrakt i forbindelse med byggeriet af en lager- og logistikejendom (herefter betegnet Generisk III, Baronessens Kvarter, 6) for Taulov Dry Port A/S (herefter betegnet bygherre eller TDP). Taulov Dry Port A/S er et joint venture mellem ADP A/S (kommunalt ejet aktieselskab) og PFA.
Lager- og logistikbygningen opføres ved Baronessens Kvarter i Taulov og udgør ca. 87.250 m² lagerbygninger og ca. 900 m2 kontor- og administrationsbygning. Det udbudte arbejde er detaljeret beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet.
Baggrunden for etableringen af lager- og logistikejendommen er at udvikle en dynamisk, kvalitetsstærk og fremtidsparat bebyggelse, der afspejler og understøtter udviklingen af Taulov Dry Port, som Danmarks førende knudepunkt for transport og logistik.
