Call for applications for a full project management mission of the ‘Loi MOP’ type, with an optional authorisation, steering and coordination mission (OPC), and a SYN mission as an option, for a project for the construction of a building of 3 900 m² SHON located on the IRSN site at 31 rue de l’Écluse, BP 40035-78116 Le Vésinet, FRANCE, comprising:
— 800 m² of tertiary space,
— 1 000 m² of industrial platform (organisation of flows and ergonomics of workstations),
— 400 m² of chemical (filtration of discharges) and measurement laboratory,
— 50 m² for the reception of highly technical systems and equipment (special fluids, control control).
The future building will have car parks below – floor.
The construction works are due to start in January 2013 for a duration of 14 months.
