Description

In Hard soll ein neues Zentrum („Seniorenhaus am See“) in der Seestraße in unmittelbarer Seelage auf den Gst.-Nrn. .201, .202, 368, 369/1 und 2687 (EZ 1246), KG 91110 Hard errichtet werden. Auf rd 6.000 m2 soll damit ein modernes Senioren- und Pflegeheim als auch eine Kleinkind- und (Senioren)Tagesbetreuungseinrichtung entstehen. Dafür wird unter Vergabe eines Baurechts auf 50 Jahre (mit Verlängerungsoption) eine Baukonzession vergeben.
