The subject of the contract is the successive collection (export) and management of waste generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant (ZTPOK) for a period of 3 months or until the amount allocated for the implementation of the task has been exhausted in advance, unless the Ordering Party uses only the guaranteed amount of waste indicated in the documentation of the procedure, of which it will inform the Contractor at least one week in advance before reaching the guaranteed volumes of waste transferred. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor at least seven days in advance of the date of commencement of performance of the contract. In any event, this Agreement will be implemented no longer than the date on which the Contracting Authority concludes the contract with the Contractor selected in the procurement procedure (ref.
