Description

Die Grundschule Fraunberg ist eine Offene Ganztagsschule (OGTS) und besteht aus dem Schulhaus Maria Thalheim und dem Schulhaus Reichenkirchen, wobei die Nachmittagsbetreuung in Maria Thalheim stattfindet. Der Umbau und die Erweiterung betreffen das Schulhaus Maria Thalheim. Dieser ist notwendig, um den zukünftigen Anforderungen an die schulische Infrastruktur aufgrund steigender Schüler:innenzahlen und den gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Ganztagsangebot gerecht zu werden: Im Jahr 2025 werden für das Schulhaus Reichenkirchen 95 Schüler:innen erwartet, für das Schulhaus Maria Thalheim 117 Schüler:innen. Für die Nachmittagsbetreuung werden insgesamt 160 Kinder erwartet. Ziel der geplanten Baumaßnahmen ist es, das Schulhaus Maria Thalheim durch eine effiziente Erweiterung des Bestandes und eine kluge Umstrukturierung der vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten zukunftsfit zu machen. Dabei soll eine möglichst geringe Neuinanspruchnahme von Grund und Boden sowie die Nutzung vorhandener Strukturen erreicht werden.
