le présent marché est relatif à la réalisation d'une prestation de surveillance des baignades dans les piscines Les Dauphins et Bulle d'o pendant la semaine et les vacances scolaires (hors vacances d'été). Il s?agit de prévenir les noyades à travers un travail de prévention et de surveillance active auprès des usagers, dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur, du P.O.S.S, de la Fmi et du Règlement Intérieur des piscines.Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. L'Accord-Cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande et les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
