F-Vannes: Architectural and related services

This is a call for applications for the selection of a supervisor. Only candidates selected at the end of the application phase will be admitted to submit a tender.
In addition to taking account of recent building regulatory developments (accessibility, thermal performance, comfort of use), the restructuring/extension project will include the following points:
— the construction of 3 banal classrooms, a music hall and a plastic arts hall;
— the restructuring of the ‘CDI’ building;
— restructuring of the externate/administration;
— the restructuring of half a pension;
— improvements to the courtyard;
meeting these needs will require one or more extensions.
Finally, the project will be carried out as part of an HQE approach (without testing for certification) which will focus in particular on water and energy savings, maintenance and convenience.
The assignment is a basic task extended to the diagnostic element and the implementation studies, fluids and structures and the establishment of the estimated quantitative description for all lots.
The task may be entrusted to the supervisor.
The part of the estimated financial allocation allocated to the works by the contracting authority is estimated at approximately EUR 2 400 000 net of tax.
The contract is awarded for a period running from its notification to the end date of the full completion guarantee.
