Netherlands-Amsterdam: Software package and information systems
The objective of this call for tenders is the need of schools to optimise the multi-vendor management per individual school. The user groups are: pupils, staff (including outside) and guests. Under multi vendor management, the following is included in this call for tenders:
— print management (follow-me/scan management/record and copy), printing from BYOD,
— payment management (upgrading, managing balances and euro, write-down, mini-payments),
— card management (apprenticeship passes, Mifare passes, apps, OV card, tags),
— vendor management (coupling with hot and cold drinks, doors, lifts, lockers, cash registers, lefting books, parking, food/beverage),
— identification management (identification of staff, pupils (e.g. in examinations) and guests,
— AO management (providing full administrative handling of the above mentioned components).
