The city of Mirow is a state-approved resort and is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, directly on Lake Mirow. The city of Mirow belongs to the Mecklenburgische Kleinseenplatte Office (corporation under public law), § 125 KV M-V. The Mecklenburgische Kleinseenplatte Office procures the requested services for the city of Mirow. The city of Mirow is the owner of the Lower Castle in Mirow and intends to carry out extensive extension and conversion work to preserve the buildings for future use of the currently largely vacant castle with wing buildings. In total, much-needed cultural facilities will be housed in the castle and wing building for the city of Mirow. Against this background, the client is looking for suitable contractors who will take over the necessary planning services for the renovation / restoration of the Lower Mirow Castle with wing buildings and outdoor facilities. It is envisaged that the necessary architectural and engineering services will be allocated in the following lots: • Lot 1: Property planning services in accordance with § 35 HOAI • Lot 2: Technical planning services of HLS technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI • Lot 3: Specialist planning services "Electricity" (technical equipment) according to § 55 HOAI • Lot 4: Technical planning services of structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI
