Description

Die AOK plant am Standort Homberg/Ohm die bauliche Erweiterung ihres Bildungszentrums Homberg/Ohm um ein neues Projekt- und Innovationscenter (P-I-C). Die Bestandsanlage aus den 1990er Jahren befindet sich am Stadtrand von Homberg/ Ohm (Hessen / Kreis Vogelsberg) im Lärchenweg 20. Das Projekt- und Innovationcenter PIC- und der Restaurantbereich sind in konventioneller Bauweise als Stahlbeton Skelettkonstruktion mit Flachdecken geplant. Der viergeschossige Baukörper wird durch einen in massiver Bauweise geplanten Verbindungsbau mit Satteldach an den Bestand angeschlossen. Die Dachflächen der neu errichteten Baukörper sind als Umkehrdächer mit Retention und intensiver Dachbegrünung geplant. Die Fassade ist mit einer Primärfassade (Holzrahmenbau) als Raumabschluss und Sekundärfassade als vorgelagertes Fassadenelement (Stahlbau) mit Austritten geplant.
