Description

1.The subject of the order is the sale, delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of the equipment/equipment, the offer form specified in detail in the Model, appropriate for the given part of the order, constituting annexes to the FTZ, for the medical rescue of the Jan Grodek State University in Sanok. 2. The subject of the contract is carried out within the framework of the project; ‘Equipment of the Jan Grodek State University in Sanok staff focused on practical training in nursing, emergency medical services and physiotherapy’, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Subcarpathia Programme 2021-2027, Priority FEPK.05 Friendly social space, Measure FEPK.05.01 Education. Activity 2 - Equipment of the Jan Grodek State University in Sanok for practical training in: emergency medical services. 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract constitutes, appropriate for the given lot into which the contract was divided, the Model Offer Form together with the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) - Annex 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d to the FTZ.
