Description

The following refurbishment and conversion work shall be carried out: The entire sanitary area in the changing room of the Maya Mare bathing hall is to be renewed. The entire sanitary area in the changing room of Maya Mare is to be taken out of operation from the main shut-off valves and the part of the system to be renewed is to be emptied. In addition, the existing furnishings including accessories and the associated drinking water and sewage pipes including control and shut-off valves and insulation must be completely dismantled and disposed of. In addition, the supply and exhaust air ducts (square and round) from the fire dampers after exiting the technical centre (place of installation of the associated ventilation unit) as well as the associated outlets and built-in parts, which are installed within the sanitary tracts, are also to be dismantled and disposed of. The associated central ventilation unit remains in stock. However, as part of the refurbishment work, it must be taken out of service, cleaned and put back into service after the assembly work has been completed. Furthermore, in the current sauna landscape, the FBH will be rebuilt for a new heat room and a new steam sauna via a decentralized control station. For this purpose, a new heating connection to the existing building for both rooms has to be re-established. In the run-up to the reassembly, the existing roads for the heating-side connection of the underfloor heating systems in the former steam sauna - new use as a heat room - and the former caldarium - new use as a steam sauna - are to be dismantled and disposed of, including all existing control and shut-off valves and the control systems available for them. For the ventilation connection of the steam sauna, a decentralized supply air system with direct evaporator and associated outdoor unit including control and a decentralized exhaust air system must be reassembled. The expansion and the pipe connections within the steam sauna are carried out by the installer of the steam sauna itself.
