Description

Datasamordnaren ska i första hand arbeta med projekt Västlänken med bl.a:
—Vara projektens kontaktperson för behörighetsadministration och dokumenthantering i Projektportal Investera
—Stödja delprojektledaren i att samordna, följa upp och återkoppla leveranser av administrativa handlingar
—Kontrollera och följa upp att handledningar för dokumenthandledning åtföljs
—Samordna utbildningar gällande Projektportal Investera
—Utveckla och anpassa projektportal investera PPI (SharePoint) enligt projektens behov och krav i byggskedet
—Utbilda i PPI (metadata, struktur, namnsättning, dokumentlägen, behörigheter, arbetssätt i systemen)
—Stöd i att hantera/lägga upp dokument på gemensamma ytor för utbyte med externa aktörer
—Erfarenhet och omvärldsbevakning
—Hantera sekretessbelagda handlingar digitalt.
