Description

Comprehensive architectural mission, stability engineering, special techniques and coordination of renovation and compliance of the ‘Home Petit-Gobert’ home of the CPAS Peruwelz.
The subject of this contract is the overall task of project designer for the interior and exterior renovation works and includes architectural, stability and, as a forecast, special techniques (installation of a lift and power supply from the expectations under reservation), as well as the administrative and technical management of the project, site management and supervision.
The CPAS reserves the right not to award the contract, without any compensation of any kind being claimed.
Since the work in question is subsidised, in particular, by the Walloon Region, the dossier must be drawn up in accordance with the corresponding arrangements. (the project must respect in particular the budget corresponding to the subsidy envelope of the Walloon Region).
The project author will be bound to this contract by these special specifications and the attached agreement.
