Description

The purpose of this consultation is to take out insurance on behalf of uninsured tenants of the Paris Habitat social park in accordance with the provisions of Article L 112-1 of the Insurance Code and Article 7g of Law No. 89-462 of 6 July 1989. This contract is a framework agreement based on an order form concluded on the basis of a single unit price set out in the act of commitment and in accordance with the following minimum and maximum amounts: - Minimum annual amount: without - Maximum annual amount: EUR 1 860 000 excluding VAT – maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewals: EUR 7 440 000 (excl. tax)
