Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac utrzymaniowych, związanych z utrzymaniem w należytym stanie technicznym koryt rzek i kanałów w celu zapewnienia ochrony przed powodzią i suszą na terenie działania RZGW Bydgoszcz, Zarząd Zlewni w Pile. Zadanie zostało podzielone na 30 części a do wykonania są prace na 73 ciekach o łącznej długości prawie 625 km.
