El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de jardinería que comprenda todas las tareas relacionadas con el mantenimiento de las zonas verdes, zonas ajardinadas, arbolado y zonas asilvestradas situadas dentro del ámbito territorial del Puerto de Barcelona cuya gestión sea de responsabilidad directa de la APB. Consecuentemente no forman parte del objeto del contrato los ámbitos correspondientes a zonas concesionadas, el Port Vell y las Zonas de Actividades Logísticas.
