Description

The object of the procurement is the acquisition of facilities for the Sports Halls and Playground on 3 lots for the investment objective ‘Improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of Toplița Municipality, Harghita County’. The products to be supplied must comply with the specifications in the technical sheets attached to these specifications. The technical specifications in the technical sheets are minimal and are a mandatory condition, in case of non-compliance, the tenders will be declared non-compliant. In this purchase, the incorporated products and materials to be purchased must be new, unused, and the latest designs will be offered. Embedded products and materials to be purchased should incorporate the latest improvements in design and materials. Any reference to standards shall be accompanied by the words ‘Or equivalent’, it being for the tenderer to demonstrate equivalence if the products supplied comply with a standard equivalent to that referred to in the Tender Specifications. In carrying out the contract, the contractor’s work will be guided by the following principles: i. The contractor shall act in the interest of the contracting authority/entity during the supply of the products, under the conditions and within the limits described in the documentation relating to this award procedure; ii. The Contractor shall act to achieve the objectives set out for the Contract with regard to optimising the use of resources necessary to achieve the objectives of the Contract. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days (before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates). Responses to requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, under the Section ‘Documentation, clarifications and decisions’ of the contract notice. The contracting authority shall set the following deadline within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: the deadline is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders specified in the contract notice.
