Predmetom zákazky je Riadiaci a informačný systém Slovenského elektroenergetického dispečingu, ktorý sa týka dispečerského riadenia energetiky, ktoré je vykonávané z hlavného dispečerského centra, záložného dispečerského centra a tréningového systému operátorov dispečerského centra. Jadrom riadiaceho a informačného systému je systém SCADA/AGC/EMS a bude slúžiť ako dohľadový a riadiaci systém pre technológiu Elektrizačnej sústavy Slovenskej republiky a ako dohľadový systém pre model blízkej zahraničnej siete prenosovej sústavy v susedstve. Predmetom zákazky je aj záručná podpora (2 roky) a pozáručná podpora v lehote (5 rokov), hot-line, profylaktika, odstraňovanie porúch, aktualizácia SW (programového) vybavenia.
