Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the service of continuous collection and further management of waste of code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 – a fraction of more than 80 mm formed from ground bulky waste in the amount of a minimum of 500 Mg to a maximum of 2000 Mg by subjecting it to recovery. In order to carry out the order, the contracting authority plans to transfer fractions in the amount of approx. 20 - 100 Mg per week. Waste in untable form (in bulk). The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of generated waste to be collected within a week is a forecast amount and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged each time after performing the service (on the scale of a given settlement month) to provide the Ordering Party, without a request, with documents confirming recovery from managed waste (document confirming recovery). This document should be issued collectively for a given type of waste for a given month in a given reporting year within 7 days from the last day of the month. Documents provided to the Ordering Party confirming recovery from managed waste and waste transfer cards confirmed by the Ordering Party and the Contractor in the BDO system will constitute the basis for issuing an invoice by the Contractor.
