Description

Provision of “IT/office equipment for project management” required under the project “Romanian Hydrogen and New Energy Technologies Hub - Ro-HydroHub” Code - SMIS 351358, in accordance with the tender specifications. Technical specifications indicating a particular origin, source, production, special process, trade mark, patent, manufacturing licence shall be mentioned only for the purpose of easily identifying the type of product and shall not have the effect of favouring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products, unless otherwise specified. The following products will be purchased in accordance with the specification: Lot 1 - Mobile Graphics Station (laptop) – 2 pcs. Lot 2 - Tablet - 2 pcs. Lot 3 - Laptop with docking station – 3 pcs. Lot 4 - Multifunctional with toners – 1 pcs. Lot 5 - Touch screen – 1 pcs. Lot 6 – Monitor – 6 pc The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days.
