Description

Die Benediktinerabtei Ottobeuren hat das Büro für Medienkunst Lab Binaer mit einer Machbarkeitsstudie für die Neukonzeption des Klostermuseums Ottobeuren beauftragt. Die Neugestaltung der Ausstellung wird nunmehr als Bauleistung (Ausstellungsbau, Vitrinenbau, Innenausbau und Elektroinstallation) und sowie als Liefer- und Dienstleistungsauftrag im Hinblick auf die Lieferung der Hardware und die Content-Gestaltung der Standard-Medienexponate vergeben.
Bestandteil der Machbarkeitsstudie von Lab Binaer sind jedoch auch drei Kreativexponate (1) Raum der Stille, (2) Klosterstaat und (3) Bauanlage im Barock, die aufgrund der einzigartigen künstlerischen Leistung bzw. des Urheberrechts direkt an das Büro LAB BINAER vergeben werden (vgl. § 8 Abs. 4 Nr. 10 UVgO). Die freiberufliche Leistung kann zudem auch nach § 50 UVgO ausnahmsweise ohne Ausschreibung erfolgen, da nach den besonderen Umständen bzw. der Natur der Sache nur der Urheber dieser Kreativexponate diese umsetzen kann.
