Tenderers’ attention is drawn to the fact that this service contract will be put out to competition in the form of an occasional joint contract, in accordance with Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The entities with a general interest in ordering and commissioning these services are: - the non-profit organisation EpiCURA Hospital; - the non-profit organisation Crèche Le Jardin des Doudous; The non-profit organisation EpiCURA Hospital Centre is designated as the authority (contracting authority) responsible, on behalf of the other entities referred to above, for the tendering, awarding and performance of this contract. The market conditions provide for separate invoicing and payment for each of the partners. Finally, all the listings annexed to the special specifications in Annex 3 to this Selection Guide were drawn up on the basis of the situation of the contracting authority and the participating entities in March 2021. Changes can therefore be made between the competitive bidding period and the notification of each lot of the contract without any compensation being claimed by the service providers.
