Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie przeglądów i napraw aparatury medycznej i sprzętu, legalizacja wag oraz wzorcowanie urządzeń chłodniczych i do pomiaru temperatury określonego w załączniku do SWZ. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający informację o asortymencie, ilościach i wymogach, w tym opis wymaganych niezbędnych czynności przeglądowych do zrealizowania podczas przeglądu technicznego został określony w Załączniku do SWZ (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy z opisem wymaganych czynności („OWC”) naprawczych/ przeglądowych / wzorcowania. 3.Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 18 części.
