Description

Achiziția acestor „Aparate de măsură, control si detectii pierderi apa” este ca urmare a nevoilor de reducere a pierderilor de apă NRW (Non Revenue Water = Apa care nu aduce venituri), a monitorizarii debitelor si presiunilor din sistemul de distributie a apei către anumite zone ce se afla intr-o continua dezvoltare demografica si de monitorizare permanentă a rețelei de distribuție in vederea identificării în timp real a apariției de noi pierderi de apă. Numar de zile pana la care operatorii economici interesati pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 16. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatii suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari transmise de operatorii economici in termenul stabilit.
