Description

The purpose of the procurement is to sign framework agreements for the installation, renovation, completion and upgrade of teletechnical security systems at the Prison and Probation Service's facilities throughout the country. Framework agreements are signed with several suppliers with call-off order reopening of competition. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Act (2011:1029) on procurement in the field of defence and security. (Directive 2009/81/EC (Defence and Security))

Description: Kriminalvården kommer att kontrollera att anbudet är komplett, att anbudet och offererade system uppfyller ställda krav samt att avtalsvillkoren uppfylls. För att anbudet ska vara kvalificerat ska anbudsgivaren angivit minst ett system som uppfyller ställda krav av respektive efterfrågade system. Samtliga krav är obligatoriska och måste uppfyllas för att anbud ska kunna antas. För de fall anbudsgivaren angivit flera system för något av de efterfrågade delsystemen (tex. Inbrottslarmsystem) och något av de angivna systemen inte uppfyller samtliga krav innebär det inte att anbudet inte är kvalificerat så länge anbudsgivaren har angivit minst ett system som uppfyller samtliga krav av respektive efterfrågade system enligt avsnitt 3.4 Godkända System. Kriminalvården kommer att anta de anbud som är kvalificerade och uppfyller samtliga krav.
