Description

Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Niederlassung Bielefeld, schreibt Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude zur Sanierung von Baracken auf dem Gelände des Landesamtes für Ausbildung, Fortbildung und Personalangelegenheiten der Polizei (LAFP) NRW aus. Auf dem Gelände der LAFP befinden sich 8 Baracken aus dem Jahr 1959, die zusammen ein denkmalgeschütztes Ensemble bilden. Die eingeschossigen Bauten sind in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht mehr den heutigen energetischen Anforderungen. Die zu planende Maßnahme umfasst die komplette Sanierung inklusive der energetischen Ertüchtigung der Baracken.
