Description

A project management consultation is organised with a view to: to carry out the upgrading of the Gallician-Franquevaux crossing area as part of the modernisation of the Rhône Canal to Sète. The supervisor is asked to carry out the following elements of the MOP law:
— AVP (preliminary draft) (update),
— Pro (draft),
— Act (assistance in the award of works contracts),
— Visa (approval of executive studies),
— DET (Directorate for the execution of works contracts),
— AOR (assistance with reception operations),
— JPO (authorisation, coordination and management of the site).
The following additional tasks are also assigned:
— MC1: environmental monitoring,
— MC2: assistance to the contracting authority for geotechnical studies,
— MC3: project management assistance for the movement of networks. The contract is composed of one fixed tranche and 3 optional tranches.
