Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění služby správy stavby, a to minimálně po dobu realizace stavebního díla s názvem Výstavba vědeckovýzkumného centra „LERCO“.
Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou tyto služby:
- Správce stavby
- Zástupce správce stavby
- Rozpočtář/cenový manažer/Cost manažer
- Technický dozor stavebníka
- Technik prostředí staveb – specializace technická zařízení
- Technik prostředí staveb – specializace elektrotechnická zařízení
- Koordinátor BOZP
Kompletní vymezení plnění jednotlivých pozic je stanoveno v návrhu smlouvy o správě stavby, který je obsažen v části 2 zadávací dokumentace.
