Description

The object of the contract is the supply of 2 (two) 4x4 vans, 1 (one) 4x4 special vehicle for urgent travel, 2 (two) Snowmobile, 5 (five) ATV and 2 (two) UTV, in a leasing system, including RCA and CASCO. The duration of the contract shall be 60 months from the date of communication of the Administrative Order commencing the execution of the contract. The supply of the products related to the contract will take place within the maximum term imposed in the Tender Specifications and after the evaluation of the procedure, according to the maximum terms tendered by the economic operator designated as winner. To the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were sent by the economic operators within the deadline provided in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet, respectively 12 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority's reply to these requests will be sent on the 8th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
