The subject matter of the exclusive concession covers the following elements, all awarded to 1 winners:
— Operating the existing commercial service station at the A201 in Zaventem.
— Operating the existing service station in Brucargo.
— The design, construction and operation of a service station (incl CNG), with the mandatory option of LNG, with commercial services in Brucargo, replacing the existing station in Brucargo.
— Provision and operation of 4 mobile airside units.
European Directive 2014/23/EU has not yet been transposed into Belgian law and Brussels Airport Company NV cannot yet be considered as a contracting entity obliged to apply this Directive. In order to promote competition, Brussels Airport Company NV will, voluntarily and without any adverse recognition, draw on the recommendations and guidelines of this Directive, including European publication, without being subject to this Directive.
