Description

This tender concerns total counselling and technical client advice in connection with the new construction of a special school (school services for children with special needs) in connection with a sports facility targeted at citizens both with and without mental and physical impairments. The project is referred to as “Special School and Sports Facility in Ørestad South” (abbreviated as “SØS”). The building must be certified to DGNB Gold, and it will be part of the planning to explore the possibilities of complying with the voluntary low-emission class. This is a newly established capacity. Rehousing or early start-up is not part of the project. The total advisory task includes services up to and including project proposals, after which the project is offered as a turnkey contract. After that, the consultant becomes a technical consultant.Reference is also made to the Mission Letter, Annex E.
