Description

This notice concerns an open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The operation includes the construction of a reedbed-type sewage treatment plant, an outfall at sea and the renovation of the related networks. This operation takes place within the right-of-way of the main base of the Levant (Var). The works are divided into three lots: Lot 1-rehabilitation of networks -Lot 2-construction of a treatment plant - Lot 3- rehabilitation of the outfall at sea. Lot 1 is divided into three tranches (Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Order Code) described under Lot 1(Ii.2.4). The overall time limit for the 3 lots is 28 months, including 9 months of preparation period (3 months for each of the 3 lots). The start date of the works is foreseen for Q1 2024 (lot 1) and Q1 2025 (lots 2 and 3)
