Description

This negotiation procedure is a continuation of the original ALD Public European Tendering Procedure.The subject of the contract is delivery of a newly built Atomic Layer Deposition system (hereafter referred to as: ALD).
An ALD is a machine in which thin layers of material can be deposited. The machine will be used in a research and development environment for fabrication of nano and micro scale layers in the department of Chemical Engineering (ChemE) of the Delft University of Technology. The ALD system will be used by research technicians, Postdocs, PhDs and MSc and BSc students doing their final project.
